Shipping Time?

 Free Shipping Australian Domestic (except for the islands like Christmas Island): 

  • Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle: 1-3 Days 
  • Regional NSW:  2 - 4 Days
  • Melbourne Metro:  2-4 Days
  • Regional VIC:  2 - 4 Days
  • Canberra:  1 - 2 Days
  • Brisbane Metro:  2-4 Days 
  • Regional QLD South:  4 - 7 Days
  • Regional QLD North:  4 - 7 Days
  • Hobart Metro:  5 - 10 Days
  • Regional TAS:  5 - 10 Days
  • Adelaide Metro:  3 - 6 Days
  • Regional South Australia:  3 - 6 Days
  • Darwin Metro: 5 - 7 Days
  • Regional NT:  6 - 8 Days
  • Perth:  5 - 10 Days

Holiday period could normally take up to 10 days to receive your parcel, although most of the times, you will receive it in a couple of days (during off peak period& Working Days all above) Please make sure your entering correct address 

 

* We guarantee that your item(s) will be straightly from either our Australian warehouses, and we do not use any of the third party shipping program like "drop shipping"from overseas, so that we can also keep an eye on your item(s) and deal with any shipping issues for you rather than put you through to the shipping agents.

 

What happens if I'm not home to receive my package?

Australia Post will drop it to your local post office, unless it will fit in the mail box, or you have left "Authority to Leave" instructions.

Couriers Please will leave a card with details on how to organise a redelivery.  If the delivery has taken longer than the estimated delivery time and you still have not received your order, call Couriers Please on 1300 753 273 or please click here  to track your goods by other shipping companies. 

Sometimes the parcel may be put in your mailbox or around the door.

We will reply all emails within 24 hours except weekends & public holidays (Please note that we receive high volumes of emails on Monday and the day after Public Holiday, so we may delay answering your questions. 

 

Can I pick up the item from you?

 

Yes. We have pickup available from our warehouse at 1 Suakin Street, Pymble NSW 2073 

 Please email sales@jamusic.com.au for confirming an appointment before you come over. 

 

If I have a problem with my item, How do I return it?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at sales@jamusic.com.au (if applicable).

 

• Please keep the ORIGINAL CONDITION and return within 30days after item(s) receive, FULL-REFUND will be sent after we receive the return item(s). Please be noticed that buyer will be response for nay of the the return costs if change mind.

 

• Please contact us for product(s) with defect(s)before return any, we will sort it out for you so NO WORRIES! 

Once received, we will process your request within 48 hours. Please keep in mind that your financial institution can take an extra 48 hours to clear the funds back into your account

 

 

Should I make payment immediately at checkout?

 

Sample ordering is on ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your desired samples, it is recommended that you make your payment within 60 minutes of checking out.

 

When will I receive my refund or credit?  Can I make a payment using PayPal  without a PayPal account?

 

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.
